The Real Estate agents called.

The owner wants to sell the property.

We have 60 days to move out.

Welcome to mild panic.

That sucks.

If it makes you feel better, I can tell you someone else's story of woe.

Old lady, mother of a friend of mine. Just got 40 days notice to get out of her house.

The reason? Her sons had sold it out from underneath her. (Not my friend, she is pissed off with her brothers)

I had 14 days when I moved out of my last unit, in Queensland. THAT was fun.

*hugs*

I know moving is stressful, but 60 days really should be heaps of time if you don't let time get away from you

Choose the right time and I'll be in for helping.

Unfortunately, I'm kind of missing free weekends in the near future.

Something that may cheer you:

caerell and myself have been infecting people with 'Isotopes'. It's getting to the stage where I could make them in my sleep. I could swear about this, but they taste so goooood!

I think we owe you at least one drinks recipe for that.

Good luck moving! I hope all sorts out well.

Just make sure to check your little read Tenants handbook you were given at the start of your lease, or go to the website:
www.consumer.vic.gov.au

Call it paranoia from personal experience, but it always pays to just make sure that you are aware of what is/isn't expected.

Noooooooooooooooo!

An owner's inspection is never a good thing - my sister had to move from Errol Street on the weekend, due to another 60-day notice.

I can help move, when the time comes. I seem to have had plenty of practice at moving other people's stuff around, despite only moving my own stuff twice.
