The 8.30 Bunyip report

Bunyip is a-okay. There was some concern that she wasn't eating after her treatment, thus was kept overnight and most of the next day, but I was allowed to take her home anyway (with strict instructions to bring her back if she didn't start eating). Fortunately she did eat last night, so she's still home and happy.

Yay Bunyip!

Just as I thought
Tough little buggers are they not? Now now more Mexican food for Bunyip Ok? Just remember feeding your cats mexican jumping beans may seem fun now but they cause more problems than they solve.

go bunyip! my kitten, scamp, is not happy either actually. it must be the season for it... she got an infected paw and had to have the claw removed. we're waiting to find out whether or not she has to have the whole paw removed. she's on double doses of antibiotics.
she's also started with the dandruff! but the vet (also at the lort smith) said that it was a sign of unhappiness and stress. so let's hope she becomes more happy and less stressed soon...

Are you sure it's the same cat? Sometimes, that chemical smell comes from the pen ink and glue they use to disguise another cat that they return in your pet's place. That would explain the extra moulting, too.

To make sure, I suggest you run the whole cat under a tap for ten minutes or so, rubbing vigorously.

*sounds of cat yowls and Becka-agony-screams fill the room as niki-chan's advice is dutifully followed*
