My secret work-out plan

As some of you may know, I've been training up my 1337 DDR skills in an attempt to lose weight. My training regime consists of usually half-an-hour's work of DDR every lunchtime (although I miss some days... but I make up for it with the occasional night-time event).

I train until I get hot and sweaty. Then I take off my top and DDR in my bra until I'm tired.

I just wanted to share.
