By and large, I avoid politics like the plague. But sometimes things happen that make me angry.

I woke up this morning and remembered, and got angry all over again. Prime Minister with control over the senate? Not funny.

Not funny at all.

I am trying to convince myself that some, if not all, of the voting was fixed. It's the only thing I can see that will make the whole situation better - if the Liberals rigged the election.

I can dream, can't I?

I'm hoping even harder that Bush loses. If he does, I'm going to think about jumping ship and moving - that dual-citizenship thing has got to be worth something. And, you know, there have got to be science jobs in the states *somewhere*.

Today is already shaping up to be one of those awful days. Fighting off anxiety with a stick. Not funny.

almost anyone is a step up from Bush ... he really pisses me off ... the fact that the American people seem to be the last to see it doesn't bode well ...

My Ex-Pat status is for Canada ... and Vancouver is quite temperate ... but I kinda like Aus, so I'll stay ...
