They were filming a scene for an up and coming romantic comedy series outside of my house today. It was annoying, because I had to stand outside of my house waiting until I had the all-clear to cross the street. Oh, and I was totally ducked last night.

My life is tedious at the moment. Feel free to make it more interesting, not in the Chinese sense.

Affliction quiz thingie.

I am Rabies. Grrrrrrrr!
Which Horrible Affliction are you?
A Rum and Monkey disease.

mmmm - rabies. One of my favourites!

That's a fox, right?

I think you'd enjoy being fox-rabies! ^_^

I am listening to Elvis Presley music and bopping. An Elvis freeform will be coming to an Arcanacon near you next year. Does that excite you as much as it excites me?

I am trying to decide on a giant poster to put on my wall. Currently I am considering putting up one of: Johnny Depp, Christopher Walken, Alicia Silverstone, Chow Yun-Fat, Stephen Chow, Cthulhu or Link from Zelda. If you want to see how I plan on making the giant poster, check out The Rasterbator.

I'm selling some Gamecube games on ebay. Some time tonight the auctions will end and I'll wake up tomorrow a tiny bit richer.

I had an operation a week before Arcanacon and I'm still healing. Once I'm completely healed (or at least mostly) I will be getting back into sport again. On Thursday nights I have a group organised to start playing badminton. I'm also hoping to convince some people to play Indoor Cricket with me, or some other team sport. I'm also going to start swimming on Monday mornings, at around 6.30am. I am actually feeling motivated to make my New Year's Resolutions a reality. My house is cleaner than it has ever been while I've been here!

My Burmese, Butterbur, is looking dejected tonight. He got told off earlier for knocking things off the table, and he's not happy about it.

The other two cats have been a little fractious lately. Valkea, (shes the black, supermodel cat - very haughty) has been a little bit more affectionate recently, but she's been getting annoyed at Butterbur. I think he's got too much energy for her.

Oh my God! Suspicious Minds just started playing. When I was growing up, I never understood why people thought Elvis was so sexy. Then I got old enough to start enjoying his music. Once I heard this song, I was converted.

You know, it can be hard being a left-wing Christian sometimes. Especially a roleplaying, left-wing, Christian. So many people I consider friends can say things that I often pretend don't hurt me, but sometimes it gets through my armour and I get annoyed at people I like for saying things that weren't necessary. You know, we're all on this crazy rock together, and any little extra bit of animosity is just not worth it.

Anyway, I hope that's enough to keep you going for a little while. A bried glimpse into the secret life of lukeii.

Badminton eh? I might be convinced to join in on that when I get back from Canada. Been ages since I played, but was always fun.

Yeah, the more the merrier. The plan is to play at Melbourne Uni Sports Centre, with Albert Park being the backup when MU isn't available to us. When do you return to these battered shores?

I get back on the 6th of March

Is there like a fifteenth level AD&D spell that turns you into a duck or something? Or did a guy in a donald duck suit take you down a nothch in naginata training?
Or did you simply hit the wrong letter?

Re: what?
I believe there was an outing to eat Peking Duck on Sunday night. I wasn't there last night, but I have been to Peking Duck sessions with miss_rynn before, and despite my size, she definitely out eats me when it comes to duck. I do not doubt for a second her statement, she would have been well and truly ducked.

Re: what?
By last night, I meant, of course, Sunday night.

Is it me?

It was a loong day - I had somewhere in the vicinity of 8 hours sleep over three days and was avoiding anyone I knew I would have to make sense at!
