I've been packing books up for the move during the last week, and have been doing other such lifting as the getting of many boxes, moving boxes around, and all sorts of fun stuff like that. Thusly, my back is a bit owie (I have problems lifting from my weak, damaged knees).

To ease the ouchiness, and to prevent any further damage to myself, I decided to put on a heavily boned corset today. My back fells much better, but we will see how packing goes with such limited movement and breathing...
