I like to be told before someone lets me carry a piece of equipment across the lab for them that it has had radioactive substrate spilled on it.

I mean, it's not that I mind coming in contact with a weak source of radioactivity, and I don't balk at handing dangerous chemicals or biological hazards (go generic protease inhibitors!), I just like to be told about it first. I like to know the dangers before I disregard them.

On a lighter note, it's been a whole week since I cut/burned myself on something in the lab! Who needs a holiday? Me, that's who.

In the lab tomorrow, big nasty experiment to do. Maybe, just maybe, I'll get Sunday off and be able to go on a picnic with Jye as we've loosely planned. Jye on a picnic - that will be a laugh. Why I put up with his detestation and sheer hatred of all things natural and alive I will never understand.

But, knowing my luck, Jye will get a call at the last minute and decide to go abd play co-op anything with anyone who has an Xbox instead.

Bitter? Never...
