BPAL clearout

We all know that I have too much BPAL, and that I am rather on the poor side at the moment. We also know that I am a rampant enabler! To that end, I present to you my first round of my imp-box-clearance sale!

Individual General Catalogue imps cost $3 US from the lab, so I'm offering this lot for $4 AUS each (given the current exchange rate).

GC Imps for sale:

Black Phoenix
Come to Me
De Sade
Marquise de Mertruil

Limited Edition scents are only avaliable from the lab in 5mL bottles (usually costing about $20 US). Imps (or decants) of these scents are routinely sold on forums and eBay for around $5 US an imp, so at the current exchange rate these will be offered for $7 Aus an imp.

LE Imps for sale:

Chaste Moon (A Little Lunacy)
Milk Moon x2 (A Little Luncay)
Khajurajo (Valentine's Day 2006)

All of these imps have been tested once or twice but are still very full - I wouldn't want to rip you guys off! Leave a comment to reserve your precious, and we'll work out when to meet up to exchange imps for cash.

I'm uncertain about the ritual ones, too; I'm thinking of getting Temple of the Resurrected God for use in my oil burner to help me focus on praying. The Temple blends seem to be about worship more than anything, and the others are for ritual use/magic.

After reading a bunch of things, it seems that you can cleanse it by putting the bottle in salt, if that helps?

(Probably not, as you said you don't use oils in rituals, but there you go.)

Well, you know, you can *wash* someone else's underwear, and while it is technically clean... you know, it's still been mashed up against someone's nethers. I could cleanse the oil by sheer force of will, but it's still been messed with by someone else's mystic nethers. It's just a personal thing of mine, you know? I don't like things which have been zapped by random people's juju. I've had a few issues in the past with other people's juju.

But enough of that.

As for the temple oils, they would probably be the ones I'd be most likely to try. I'll have a bit of a think, but at this stage I'm more drawn to the Horned God or the Maiden. I'd have to wait to hear a little more about the Resurrected God before I decide, but it has potential.

Right, I get you. ^_^

I guess most people I've read are happy to wear Beth (the BPAL woman who does it)'s "underwear"!

Sadly there's no description for any of the Temple blends at all. It's just the names, and there are ones that I'm more drawn to than others. For me, it's the Resurrected God (but not the Dying God) because of my Protestant-based Christianity, and so to me it links to Jesus and God. The other two would be the Temple: Egyptian (because I love ancient Egypt), and the Temple: Celtic because of my heritage.

A few of them have some reviews, but not the Resurrected God... I'd like to read a review of it before I decide to see if it invokes a feeling of the Holly/Oak King or not. I'd think about the Horned God and the Maiden for purely spiritual reasons... just as I would be for the Temple of the Loas oil, if it were generally availiable (but, alas, it is a Convergence only one).

I looked for it, too, and couldn't find it. I guess if I get it, and see if it does help me focus better for prayer, then I could write the first review...

It's got no more info on it on the site at all, other than on people's wishlists. (But then their search function is really badly done.)
